Endomyocardial Biopsy Forceps Knipsa
The Joline Knipsa Endomyocardial Biopsy Forceps, designed for the collection of cardiac muscle tissue in clinical practice, is manufactured to the highest quality standards at our production facility in Germany.
The Endomyocardial Biopsy Forceps is available in two standard sizes. The KNIPSA500 is preferably intended for the introduction via the right internal jugular vein. The KNIPSA1100 is intended for the introduction via one of the femoral veins.
The sharp stainless steel cutting jaws are used for tissue sampling from the endomyocardium (right ventricle). In addition, the biopsy forceps feature a 360° rotatable thumb ring and finger grips.
The pre-bent shaft can be further adjusted manually and the bend indicator on the grip allows the user to easily guide. Furthermore, it features an easy-to-operate Bowden cable for opening and closing the cutting jaws.
